The first phase of transformation of the MGS Lynge facility is complete. Evolving from a traditional toolmaker into a best-in-class moldmaker in alignment with MGS’ global tooling standards will drive growth for global healthcare innovators in Europe. This 4,000-square-meter state-of-the-art facility features dedicated space for early supplier involvement (ESI), design for manufacturability (DFM), Fast-Track pilot tooling and enhanced metrology systems. With access to advanced machining capabilities, 5-axis laser texturing, high-speed milling and automated robotic handling, the MGS Lynge engineering team can accelerate production, maximize capacity and ensure the highest quality.
