It depends on the position. Our Operator role does not require prior manufacturing experience and is an excellent way to start your career at MGS.

For employees, this means working in a clean, climate controlled setting that supports precision and quality. To maintain these standards, team members follow simple, consistent gowning procedures before entering the cleanroom.
How Much Time Should I Plan for the Hiring Event?
Wait times vary based on how busy the hiring event is. To move through faster, complete the application in advance and bring it with you. It’s the quickest way to get started. If you don’t have time beforehand, no problem – you can complete the application when you arrive.
What Happens After My Interview?
