Built to produce hundreds of millions of precision-molded parts and sub-assemblies each year, MGS Richfield demonstrates what’s possible through true vertical integration from design for manufacturability, precision tooling and automation to manufacturing and quality control. The facility features 140,000 square feet of ISO Class 8 cleanroom manufacturing space, over 100 electric injection molding presses, high-efficiency automated assembly lines and a fully integrated quality lab. This site reflects our ability to rapidly scale production in alignment with our customers’ needs, supporting fast decision-making, speed-to-market and long-term reliability. What we’ve accomplished in Richfield now serves as a blueprint for scalable high-volume medical device manufacturing at MGS facilities around the world.
