Acquisition expands cleanroom molding capacity and strengthens customer support across Central and Eastern Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n

GERMANTOWN, Wis. (February 23, 2026)<\/strong> \u2013 MGS, a global healthcare Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), today announced the acquisition of Knudsen Plast A\/S, a premier Denmark-based injection molder with more than 40 years of dedicated healthcare manufacturing experience.<\/p>\n

With operations in both Denmark and Slovakia, the acquisition of Knudsen Plast A\/S enhances MGS\u2019 ability to support customer needs across Europe with expanded cleanroom capacity, deep injection molding expertise and greater proximity to fast-growing regional supply chains.<\/p>\n
